Emily is a member of the Symphony of the Hills, the San Antonio Harp Ensemble, and a frequent accompanist of the Fredericksburg Chorale.      She also plays for her church, and collaborates  with ensembles, from chamber groups to blues bands.

Emily has played for State and National political figures, such as Senator Ted Cruz, Colonel Allen West, and Lt. Governor Dan Patrick. She has been repeatedly called upon by Texas Governor Greg Abbott, most notably for an event to honor his 2015 inauguration. ​

​From her dynamic studio, Emily teaches harp and basic music appreciation, gives school demonstrations, and makes therapeutic "David visits" to seniors. 

EMILY JUMES  is a harpist with a passion for rekindling the fine art of harp music in Fredericksburg, Texas and beyond. She is a venturesome performer, with style that reflects the influences of multiple genres and cultures, including her background in classical harp, the local German heritage, and the Spanish roots of Texas. Emily's playing is marked by a vibrant flair of originality that demonstrates the versatility of the harp, and the quality of life-giving music.  

As a solo performer, Emily is sought after throughout the Hill Country, Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas/Fort Worth. 

She delights audiences regularly at several of Fredericksburg's signature venues, and also performs for wedding ceremonies and private events. ​
